This home is great for a student, or someone else looking for a quiet, safe, low key environment. It will be only two people, you and me, and my three cats.

I have 3 cats, and the landlord will not allow any more pets. The neighbor has a friendly dog that is in the adjoining front yard, so hopefully you are not afraid of dogs.
