Application Fee: Only $22 per adult (18+). Each adult must submit a separate application. This fee is significantly lower than many rental application fees, and no portion of it goes to the landlord. The full amount is paid directly toward the credit (VantageScore), criminal, and eviction screening reports. The application fee is only due if you decide to apply. It is not required for you to take a tour of the rental.
