This cozy log cabin features beautiful wooden walls, creating a warm, rustic atmosphere. It includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a pull-out couch that adds two extra sleeping spots. The cabin has one bathroom with a walk-in shower. For relaxation and entertainment, enjoy the 7-person hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit with a grill, or play a game of horseshoes.
Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 for up to two dogs, with requests for additional dogs subject to approval and an extra $100 fee. Please note that pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay, and undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. Cats are not allowed.
Conveniently located just minutes from US 33, Little Redwood is close to Hocking Hills State Park and many popular attractions. It's a 15-minute drive to the Hocking Hills State Park Visitor Center, 11 minutes to Hocking Hills Winery, and 9 minutes to Hocking Hills Canopy Tours for ziplining and kayaking. Fantastic hiking trails and outdoor adventures are also just minutes away.
Please note that cell phone reception may be limited depending on your provider. The cabin uses well water. There is a strict no-parties policy with zero exceptions; any violation will result in termination of the reservation without a refund and additional cleaning fees for damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed for the receipt, or bring your own charcoal for a charcoal grill. For the hot tub, a $250 cleanliness fine will be incurred if rules are not followed, including showering before entry, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, respecting the maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised kids, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, and not turning off the hot tub itself. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
Wi-Fi is available for connectivity, though it can be slow and spotty due to the location, and streaming may not always be guaranteed with occasional outages. Cell phone reception may also be limited depending on your provider.
