Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 per dog, with requests for a third or fourth dog subject to approval and an additional $100. Wi-Fi is available for connectivity. Conveniently located minutes from US 33 and close to all major Hocking Hills attractions, this cabin is just 15 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park Visitor Center, 11 minutes from Hocking Hills Winery, and 9 minutes from ziplining at Hocking Hills Canopy Tours and kayaking. It's also just minutes from amazing hiking trails. Please note that cell phone reception may be limited depending on your provider. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed for the receipt, or bring your own charcoal for charcoal grills. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. For the hot tub, a $250 cleanliness fine may apply if rules are not followed, including showering before use, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, respecting the maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised kids, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub itself. The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. Please remove shoes indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
