Fenced backyard with deck and doggy door. Large yard for playing and relaxing. Woods behind yard to explore with a treehouse. No smoking allowed. Only two small dogs allowed with paid pet deposit. Lawncare included in base rent and Flex pest control. All other utilities paid by Renter to include power/trash, gas, and water. Internet is available and paid by renter. Max full time occupancy is 6 persons per state recommendations. Renter is responsible for timely communication on house issues that involve maintenance by landlord. No vehicles on grass without landlords permission. No painting or changes to house structure without landlords permission. All requests to landlord will be given thought and respectful consideration. Landlord approval or denial will be given in a timely manner and if requested in writing.
