Lease is for 1 year. Rent is $1700. Per month Paid monthly and due on the first of each month. Includes water, garbage and use of grounds. No HOA fees. Must secure cable and electric on own. We require 1 month plus 1/2 security = $4250. first, last and 1/2 month security. A background/credit check is required for each person over 18. Fee is $50. P/p non refundable and is required and used by community. Max 4 occupants in unit. No smoking, pets negotiable. Community has weight and pet limits. No business trucks or motorcycles allowed on grounds. Community has pool and BBQ pits. Located near entrance of Midport 1, next to Civic center with many community activities year round. Also near hospital and shopping. Lake across the street, creates a park like setting. Bus stop outside entrance. This well kept Community has manager on site 9-1 pm M-F. Can call office to verify ownership of unit. We are local owners Tenants expected to change AC filters bi- monthly and allow service of unit every six months
