Renter pays for all public utilities (water and sewer, electricity, trash), as well as all optional utilities such as internet. 1-year, renewable contracts. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Maximum of 3 dogs, with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300/pet. Both a security deposit ($2,500) and any pet fee is to be paid upfront prior to move in. Vehicles can be parked in the garage, on the driveway, or in front of the house on the street. Personalizations (such as repainting, wallpaper, etc.) can be done only after discussion with and consent from the owners. Tenant assumes regular maintenance and upkeep responsibilities such as lawn care, snow removal, etc.
