Lease terms

TOUR BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. 12 months minimum lease. Long term lease preferred. NO smoking. Pet Restriction smalls pets subject to owner approval and additional pet deposit may apply. For each applicant over age 18 please send to following documents: 1)application, 2) full credit report with FICO score above 700, 3)current 2 months paystubs (if paystub is bi-weekly need 4 paystubs), 4) current 2 months bank statements, 5) copy of driver license. 2 years tax return can be submitted in lieu of pay stubs for self-employed applicants. Tenant is required to purchase renter insurance. Pet breed and number of pets to be disclosed on application for consideration. Final applicants are subject to non-refundable credit check.
