Lease terms

We are an equal housing opportunity provider and will abide by all federal, state and local fair housing laws. All rental qualification criteria must be met to be considered for application approval. Owner will provide qualifications upon request. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Move-In Payment Requirements: Tenant agrees to pay the first month's rent, last month's rent, and the security deposit in cleared funds (e.g., cashier's check or electronic transfer). First and Last Month's Rent: Must be paid in full on or before the designated lease commencement date. Security Deposit: The security deposit may be paid in consecutive, equal monthly installments beginning on the first month of tenancy, as permitted by local regulations. Possession of the premises and keys will not be provided until the first month's rent, last month's rent, and the first security deposit installment have been received and verified by the Landlord.
