The exterior of the property needs to be in order at all times, out of respect to our neighbors. (For Example: No old vehicles allowed to be parked permanently on the property and no businesses allowed to be run out of the garage.) Four cars maximum for tenants. Pets are permitted. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator are included. We are open to taking care of basic maintenance, but our policy is: If you break it, you fix it.
