Utilities are included with rent. All other roommates are screened to provide the best co-living environment out there! My target market is working professionals who are looking to save money in the first couple of years of their career. Everyone is invited to apply! The home features unfurnished bedrooms and will feature a furnished common area. It will come with couches, two great TVs, a printer, kitchen table, desks, etc. The individual rooms will have keypad locks for privacy both when you're home and when you're away. This is an ultra-modern house with luxury fixtures! Total square footage exceeds 2600 Sq. Ft -- it's huge! One bedroom on the top floor is available NOW and one bedroom on the main floor is available October 1. Another bedroom on the top floor is available in January! The current residents are a Navy service member, a plane mechanic at Boeing, a service technician at Xfinity and a regional manager for the Army Corps of Engineers. All bedrooms are $750/room. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Respond to this post and ask for a pre-application. I will send a pre-application google form. After being screened, you will be invited to apply using a standard credit/criminal background application through a 3rd party website. There is a fee associated with the application, which is why we do the pre-application first. There is a $50 move-in fee. Security deposit of one-month's rent required. Showings of the home can be arranged after the pre-application is completed. As in most co-living situations, there are codified house rules that dictate simple things like noise, guests, and cleaning so that everyone feels a part of the community! No pets or animals, I'm sorry! This is an extremely quiet neighborhood where you'll have a lot of privacy both inside and outside the house. The neighbors are wonderful and there are occasional community events and am amazing community pool! Plenty of room for storage in this house! A high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the house to provide a great place to live for all roommates! This home is located in Ladson, which is an ideal location due to its proximity to many areas of Charleston. Its proximity to I-26 makes it a great location for those needing an easier commute!
