This is a nice five bedroom two bath two story home located in Frayser.… It has been freshly painted and new floors throughout. The kitchen has been completely remolded and does included a dishwasher (however, this is not under warranty). One of the bathrooms has also been completely remolded. This home also includes a two car garage and nice size backyard.
Please note that due to the current rental housing shortage in the Memphis area the demand for our available homes is very high. The application review process is taking longer than normal. You should expect a response within 8-10 days.
