Walking distance to west park station rapid, Kamm's Corners bars and entertainment. Aldi is right down the street. Nice quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Strict no smoking, 1 dog is ok, will consider 2 depending on how big (noise is a concern since it's an upstairs unit). Prefer no to little noise between 10pm and 7am (bed time).
