Terms at 15012 Island Dr

Owner pays for water and sewage. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Security deposit due at signing. First month rent due before occupancy. No smoking allowed. No parties allowed. Small cats and dogs (up to 20 pounds) permitted. Up to two pets allowed. Rent is due and payable monthly in advance on the 1st day of each month during term of lease. 3-day grace period allowed, late fees charged after 4th of month. No liquid filled furniture is permitted without prior written consent by management. The Fire Marshall of Sterling Heights does not permit gas and charcoal grills or their fuel sources to be used or stored at Lakeshore Condominiums. The only grills that are permitted are electric grills provided they are operated 10 feet or more away from the furthest part of the building. There are no storage facilities for grills of any kind. All grills and their fuel sources, must be removed from the property to comply with the City Code Ordinances enforced by the Fire Marshall. The Bylaws and the Rules & Regulations (shared on lease signing) have been established to provide a community with a safe and harmonious environment for all occupants, remain visually appealing and have respect for each occupant's individual differences. Fines may be charged for violations.
