Minimum 3 Months Proof (may include multiple jobs whether current or not) OR Bank Statements. Income can include Benefits from ALL sources: Self Employment, Social Security, SSDI, Unemployment, Food Stamps, Parental Contribution, School Financial Aid ect, but must show benefits Continuing for at least 6 months. 12 Month Lease: Total Move-In Cost: Rates: Rent portion is $1250 (Early Discounted Rate paid BEFORE the 1st of Each month). FPL Electric in tenants name. Water/Sewer/Garbage/Recycle: Flat $100/ mo. TOTAL MOVE IN COSTS: First Month + Equal Deposit/Cleaning (Regardless of FICO & Income Ratio) + Sliding Scale Last Month (0-Full Month): No Last Month Rent if FICO = 700 or Income Ratio 3x Half of Last Month Rent if FICO 600-699 or Income Ratio between 2-3x 6-11 Month Lease Available: Add $200 to Rent Sorry No Lease Available less than 6 Months, not legally allowed. Pets (Max 2): $500 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee OR add $75 per month per pet
