First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are required prior to move-in lTenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, and water, which must be transferred into the tenant's name before move-in. Tenants are responsible for routine maintenance and minor repairs during the lease term. The landlord will be responsible for major repairs and system failures, including HVAC (air conditioning and heating) and other significant property-related issues.
