Beach gear includes 10 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart, and beach towels. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags are provided. The area is easily accessible by public transportation, and the Bay Head train station is a fifteen-minute drive away. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is roughly a ninety-minute drive. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a "selfie" to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. The primary guest must be 25+ years old. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.
