WELCOME TO THE MOUNTAINS: Nestled in the heart of the Catskill mountains this cozy cottage has a lot to offer. Located less then a mile from Hunter Mountain and short drive to Tannersville, Windham, Phoenicia, and historical Woodstock. Inside you will find the following: Kitchen: Inside the large kitchen has enough sitting for 5 and comes with all the accessories. New stove, new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & washer dryer combo, coffee pot (K-cup) has all the comforts of home. Living Room: The spacious living room has 2 large couches, new 50" flat screen and a wood burning fireplace. (only to be used in the wintertime). Bedrooms: There on 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, and bedroom #2 has (2) twin beds. Both have closets and plenty of draw space. The large loft has a queen bed and and sectional furniture for storage. All 3 sleeping areas come with lights and ceiling fans. Outside: Outside there is a large covered rap around porch for plenty of seating. There is also a BBG & firepit.( please check local burn laws before using the firepit as they change daily) Sitting on almost 2 acres of land feel free to explore the back woods. Property marked with orange tape. There is a garage on property however it is too small to park a car inside. However there is plenty of outside parking in the driveway and in front of the garage. A few things to know to keep your stay more enjoyable. Inside: There Is no smoking (of any kind) allowed inside the house. The House is equipped with Wi-Fi and as well as TV streaming. There are some free channels and you can your provider. Outside: Please do not leave any food or garbage outside at anytime, or you will receive some visitors in the night, some of which are not friendly. If you explore the woods please respect the neighbors property on all sides. As mention above the garage is too small to park a car, however if you are renting for an extended stay I will give you access for storage. Basement Apartment, I do have an apartment in the basement that is for my personal use and is not for rent, nor should ever be accessed. I do on occasion spend time it when I come up to the area and work. Future: You will notice a large hole in the backyard. This is going to be the location of the new garage, game room, and rec area, however it is not going to be done anytime soon. The plans are in the works but it is going to be a while before completion.
