Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage. Violation will result in a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages. Parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are not allowed. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50/hour fee or one additional night. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities are included up to 60 days, with potential overages billed at cost for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays. No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed anywhere on the property, including patios and balconies. Do not put grease, coffee grounds, eggshells, pasta, rice, or fibrous vegetables down the drain. Clean the lint trap after every laundry cycle. Do not move furniture between rooms or remove anything from the property. External security cameras may be present at entry points for security only. Do not disable, remove, or cover smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
