Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage, is strictly prohibited and will incur a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages. No pets are allowed unless pre-approved in writing with a pet fee paid; unapproved pets will incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning or damage costs. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are permitted, and violation will result in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour or one additional night. Exterior security cameras are present for added peace of mind. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days, with longer stays potentially having a reasonable usage cap and overages billed at cost. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays, with extra cleanings available for a fee. No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed anywhere on the property, including patios and balconies. Guests are responsible for reporting maintenance issues promptly and are liable for repair or replacement of damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Tampering with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination. Sharing access codes with anyone not on the reservation is prohibited. No illegal activity of any kind is permitted. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
