Lease terms

Lease must be signed every year. No sublease is allowed. Move-out notice must be written 30 days in advance. No smoking allowed inside the property. Rent should be paid on the first day of each month. The late fee will be charged for rent payment made after the fifth of each month. Before an applicant gets a room tour, the applicant must have a credit score equal to or higher than 750. Otherwise a co-contractor who has higher credit score above 750 must co-sign a lease. An applicant must show a valid identification, also must provide three month bank statements. Previous apartment manager phone number or valid reference number must be provided when an applicant submit an application on Zillow. All applicants must provide a valid phone number, current working company certification or valid student registration information. Only a single leaser is allowed unless the owner proves a special case.
