The master bedroom boasts a queen poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious glass shower. The second bedroom includes another queen bed and a private work desk. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located across from the dining area. The front porch also provides additional seating to soak in the Florida sunshine.
Off-street parking is available for 3 cars. This home is pet-friendly for 1 dog under 50 lbs, with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. The dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations, fully potty-trained, and kenneled, and no puppies under 1 year are allowed. The pet must be added to the reservation prior to check-in.

Vilano Beach is a 5-minute drive away. The main downtown historic district, including St. George Street and Castillo de San Marcos, is an easy 15-20 minute walk. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the back door of the home; any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house; any excessive mess will result in the loss of the security deposit in the additional amount needed to pay cleaners.
