We have a really handsome, well-cared-for 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex available in a quiet Augusta neighborhood. We've historically had very long-term tenants here because it's just a great find, and it rarely stays vacant for long. The unit features beautiful hardwood floors and a kitchen that was completely updated a few years ago. It's also had a recent energy audit, making it an efficient and comfortable home. Rent is $1,900 a month. 1 year lease. We take care of the cold water, driveway snow plowing, and lawn mowing. Tenants are responsible for heat (oil), hot water, electricity, and internet. We just ask that you shovel your own walkway in the winter and move any personal items off the grass on mowing days. Please keep in mind that parking is tight there is space for exactly one vehicle in the shared driveway. This is a strictly non-smoking property, both inside and out. Cats are welcome with an additional pet rent. For move-in, we require the first month's rent, a security deposit equal to two months' rent, and pet rent if applicable. We also require a minimum credit score of 600 and a monthly income of 3x the rent. Plus, the landlords are great!
