On-site parking is provided in the garage. This property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval for a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. Pet-friendly trails and open spaces are abundant, and the location offers convenient access to Waterville Valley and Cannon Mountain.
This is a strictly smoke-free chalet; any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited, and policy enforcement may result in immediate eviction without refund. For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points. There are no cameras in interior spaces. 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months.
