No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. There is a strict no-pet policy, and any unauthorized pet will result in a $500 pet fee per pet. Please note that this is a multi-story cabin, and movement between floors is via stairs. Guests are asked to refrain from using the indoor fireplace. Shoes are not to be worn inside the home. Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not permitted. Trash disposal instructions will be provided, or guests can opt for a $30 trash removal service. Please keep a close eye on small children when on the balcony and in the hot tub. Report any damages in a timely manner. Wash dishes and dispose of garbage before checkout. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and an exterior security camera that monitor entry points only.
