The expansive living room features a massive natural stone fireplace, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a Sonos speaker system. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with direct access to an elevated deck and a private luxury hot tub.
A Level-2 EV charger is available in the garage and a Weber grill is provided for outdoor cooking. Optional paid add-ons include a Private Chef Experience and pre-stocked groceries. Guests can also arrange for early check-in or late check-out when available.
Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains within the exclusive South Peak gated community at the base of Loon Mountain, this chalet offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Enjoy year-round activities, world-class skiing and snowboarding in winter, and scenic hiking trails, gondola rides, and river swimming in warmer months. The charming town of Woodstock, with its shops, cafes, breweries, and dining, is just minutes away. Convenient access to Waterville Valley and Cannon Mountain expands your adventure possibilities.
No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is a strict no-pet policy, with a $500 pet fee per pet for any unauthorized pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. The indoor fireplace is not to be used under any circumstances, and violations will result in damages and a fine. Guests are asked to refrain from hanging on or using the rain chains. No eating or drinking is permitted in the bedrooms. Guests must dispose of all garbage in trash bins or use the trash service for a $30 charge. Close supervision is required for small children on the balcony and in the hot tub. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed, with a maximum property capacity of 15. Guests must report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Dishes should be washed and garbage disposed of before checkout. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and an exterior security camera that monitor entry points only. For VRBO bookings only, cancellations are refunded minus a 3.9% card processing fee.
