This spacious home is filled with amenities to entertain your whole family. The first floor has garage access, a staircase, and an elevator. The second floor features a game room with a kitchenette, a 65-inch Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, and board games, as well as a bedroom/yoga studio with floor-to-ceiling windows, yoga mats, and a couch that pulls out into a queen-size bed. The third floor boasts two king suite bedrooms, a den with a couch and Smart TV, a laundry room, and an office space. The main kitchen and living room are on the top floor, featuring beautiful views, plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked. The fourth floor has another bedroom with a full/twin-size bunk bed with a twin trundle and a full bathroom with a large spa-like soaking tub. Outside, enjoy the surrounding nature at any of the five entertaining spaces, including a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and large dining table, private seating on the third and fourth-floor patios, and a fire pit in the front yard.
Enjoy direct Beaver Lake access with a short walk to a public beach area, and take advantage of the available 2 paddle boards, a kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs. Pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
Rocky Summit is your ideal destination for a relaxing and convenient escape, offering the natural beauty of Beaver Lake while being just moments away from the vibrant heart of Downtown Rogers. Enjoy direct Beaver Lake access with a short walk to a public beach area. It's a 4-minute drive to the HWY 12 boat ramp and a 10-minute drive to Prairie Creek Marina. The Monument Bike Trails at Hobbs State Park are 6 miles away. Downtown Rogers, filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars, is just a 10-minute drive from the home.
Four-wheel drive is recommended but not required for the short dirt road leading to the home. Please be aware that the hot tub may require servicing during your stay, and circumstances may occasionally require a vendor to perform service while guests are present. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and an event fee has been paid; un-approved parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home; smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
