Lease terms

No smoking allowed inside or outside the home. Up to 2 dogs total allowed and pre-screening is required. Lease will be for 3-, 6-, or 12-month duration. All cars must park within the driveway. Landlord pays for weekly trash and brush (during the season) pick-up. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Regular cleaning and wear-and-tear maintenance and upkeep must be completed by the tenant, but filters and longer term equipment maintenance will be done by the landlord.
