The Beach Hive is ideally located within walking distance to Dock Square and a half-mile to Gooch's Beach. It's also just minutes from Kennebunkport, offering access to a variety of restaurants, boutique shops, galleries, beaches, golf, tennis, and a marina. Bikes or walking are the best ways to get around this centrally located area, which is easily accessible from Interstate 95.
No parties are allowed, strictly enforced with fines. No smoking of any kind is permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests are expected to treat the home with respect and notify the host of any accidents. The entrance to the unit is via exposed stairs on the back side of the building in the left rear corner.
The smart TVs use Wi-Fi for streaming convenience. Wi-Fi information is provided upon arrival.
