From here it is a short walk (7 min) to the ocean cliffs and to the historic Puna trail that leads (about 60 min hiking) to the famous white sand Shipman Beach.
THE STUDIO APARTMENT RENTAL UNIT is a furnished 500 sq ft studio apartment with a king bed, private bathroom, full kitchen, and covered outdoor patio space. One of the things that truly makes this apartment special is its location directly beside thousands of acres of untouched land, creating an incredibly peaceful and very private setting with access to hiking trails, oceanfront cliffs, and nature right from the property.
The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, cookware, dishes, silverware, toaster, rice maker, and more. Fully furnished and ready to go.
There is wireless high-speed internet, shared laundry, and the property is gated. Two sets of linens and towels are provided.
The studio apartment shares 2.5 acres with the main house, a cottage and a large workshop. The main house is occupied by the owner and the apartment has dedicated parking spaces and a very chill and quiet vibe that can only be fully appreciated in person. You can hear the ocean from here and enjoy the bounty from the many mature fruit trees on the property.
