Month to Month lease Pet Fee (If Applicable): A monthly Small Dog Fee of $100 applies. Tenants agrees to keep the pet only in designated areas and maintain cleanliness. Security Deposit: $700 refundable upon lease termination, minus any damages beyond normal wear and tear). Parking: Access to the 2 shared outside driveway spaces operates on a first-come, first-served.
