This cabin is ideal for families or couples, comfortably accommodating 4 people with the option to sleep 2 more on the pull-out couch. It features two bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The cabin boasts beautiful wooden walls that bring a warm, rustic charm. For relaxation and entertainment, enjoy the 7-person hot tub and an outdoor fire pit with a grill and string lights, perfect for evening bonfires.
Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
Easily accessible and just minutes from US 33, this cabin serves as a convenient home base for exploring Hocking Hills. It's located 15 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park Visitor Center, 11 minutes from Hocking Hills Winery, 9 minutes from Hocking Hills Canopy Tours for ziplining, and 9 minutes from kayaking adventures. The stunning hiking trails of Hocking Hills are also just minutes away.
No parties are allowed, with zero exceptions. Any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill, and will be reimbursed with a receipt; for charcoal grills, guests must bring their own charcoal. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Hot tub rules include showering before entering, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, a maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised kids, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, respecting neighbors by keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub itself. The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. A $250 fine applies for hot tub cleanliness issues. The cabin uses well water.
