      Security deposit (one month's rent) and first payment ($2450) will move you in! Owner pays for water, garbage removal and mowing of the lawn. Renter is responsible for paying electric and WiFi. No Smoking inside the property. One small dog allowed under 20 lbs. There is uncovered parking for 2 cars. No Garage, thought there is a garage, but it is used as a laundry. Lease duration 12 months. Tenant is responsible to take care of daily tasks, like maintaining a sanitary environment. Landlord should take care of large property maintenance tasks, like ensuring the water, plumbing, heat, and electricity are all working, if tenant is not responsible for damage or the defect. Landlord will hold the right to inspect (walk through) once a month per arrangement with renter. This is a One family home for two adults and 3 minor children only. Renter is responsible for minor children's safety on property. In case of maintenance renter will allow access to landlord/maintenance staff. Renter will not be allowed to drill holes in walls, or alter any structures in the home. Renter will be responsible to keep the property well-taken care off. Landlord will collect rent once a month at the beginning of the month. rental payment will be Cash, Ban secured Check, or Money order on the first day of the month, regardless if the first day falls on a weekend.
