Owner is responsible for yard maintenance. Tenant is responsible for internet, electric, gas and trash services and monthly changing of air filters (filters provided by owner). This is an absolute NO SMOKING property and NO PETS are allowed. Initial lease is for a one-year period with renewal options reviewed and discussed no later than 60 days prior to the end of the initial lease. We expect tenants who are clean, quiet, and responsible. This is our childhood home and it is important to us to maintain its care. This home is situated on a family farm and while neighbors are spread out, this is a quiet area--excessive noise and parties are prohibited. While you may walk immediate property(not the farm), tenants are not allowed access to barns nor farm equipment.
