This home is offered at $5,200 per month. Required Prior to Move-In: First month's rent: $5,200 Security deposit: $5,200 All payments must be fully received and cleared before possession of the property is provided. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and services associated with the home, including but not limited to water, gas, electricity, internet, cable, and any optional services selected by the tenant.
