Large wall-mounted SmartTV in living room/kitchen area, smaller wall-mounted SmartTV in Bedroom 2, wall-mounted computer monitor in Bedroom 1 with small desk. The living room and both bedrooms each have their own ceiling fans, as well as Euro-style heater/AC units mounted on the wall near the ceiling. All full-sized appliances, including gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stacked washer/dryer.
