1 quiet, clean female for a one-month sublet: July 1 31. I'm subletting because my new lease starts a month before this one ends. Location: Close to Muni N/7/28/91, Chinese supermarkets, UCSF, restaurants. Rent & deposit paid via Venmo/Zelle/Paypal. Deposit returned when key is given back and room is clean/undamaged. Move-in: after 12pm July 1 Move-out: before 3pm July 31 Tours available starting today. Happy to video call first if you'd like to see the place before coming by. About the building

Apartment are for 3 people in total, so you will have 2 housemates. The room: Private bedroom, shared bathroom with 1 person.… Queen bed frame + mattress + 2 pillows + thin throw (bring your own blanket). Room is otherwise empty (not like the photo since I'll move my stuff out). Hardwood floors, 2nd floor walkup (no elevator), heater only (no AC). Closet with mirror. Kitchen: Some shared dishes/utensils/knives/soap/trash bags. Bring your own pots, pans, seasoning (I may leave 1-2 pots if you need). 1 housemate only meal prep once during the weekend and does not cook during the week. The other housemate cook daily but usually only cook for 30 mins each time. I personally never have a problem with sharing the kitchen. Building: TV in living room (please keep it noise level considerate), laundry in garage (washer free, dryer $0.25/use via app), street parking only. 4 apartments in this building in total, very quiet. House rules: No pets/smoking. Housemates prefer no male guests staying overnight. Give heads up before having guests over. Quiet and respecful household. Take trash out to garage when trash is full. Clean kitchen after you use them. Deep clean bathroom every 2 weeks; clean room on move-out day.
