Rental Length: This home requires a rental length of at least 30 days.
Cleaning: A one-time cleaning fee is due with the first month's rent. Excessive cleaning, such as heavy stains or lingering odors, may incur additional charges deducted from the security deposit.

Lease, Payments, and Deposit: Tenancy is finalized with a signed lease. To secure a unit, the first month's rent, cleaning fee, and security deposit are due upfront. Security deposits equal one month's rent (capped at $8,000) and are refundable following a satisfactory move-out inspection.
Utilities and Supplies: Monthly rent includes utilities, pest control, and sewage, with a $100 per bedroom monthly utility allowance. Tenants are responsible for any overages.
