The location is gorgeous, eagle watching from the front Bay window. We like artists and musicians because that's what we are. It's a two unit home. We reside in the back, upstairs apartment, with separate entrance, separate kitchen and separate bathroom.
The tenant will have use of the front unit, with big kitchen, dining room, living room and parlour room with 9 foot bay window overlooking river.
It's worth seeing. It's beautiful here
