This home is located on a barrier island surrounded by ocean and wildlife, which may include roosters, turtles, birds, and occasional bugs or lizards. While the home is regularly treated for pests, nature is part of the charm. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations and additional charges for repair or cleaning costs. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must be 21+ to book, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Do not rearrange furniture. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will incur a charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction.
