Enjoy exclusive private gated beach access, just a 5-minute walk away, and docks for fishing right out your back door. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for younger travelers. This property is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a $200 pet fee per stay. Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, TRUCK, CAR) directly in front of the middle unit; no trailers, RVs, watercraft on trailers, or box trucks are permitted. The dock can accommodate boats up to 14FT MAX (including motor), with no exceptions. Trailer parking is not allowed at any time. Located on Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin, this townhome is just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna's, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything in town is easily accessed by car, and the Destin Water Taxi can pick you up from the docks to cruise to HarborWalk Village or Crab Island. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time during your stay. Violation of parking rules may result in towing at guest expense. No trash or debris should be left around the home or outdoors at any time. Trash must be taken out on specified days (Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday & Friday pickup). Excess trash pickup if trash day is missed may result in additional fees. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. The bonus room offers a separate area with a full-sized washer and dryer. Roku-enabled TVs with Hulu Live are available in multiple rooms.
