Terms at 149 Dover Rd

No Pets and No Smokers PLEASE! In-person showing is required. Application with Capitol City Credit required which you pay for and fill out online. Fee is approximately $60. Minimum One Year Lease, renewable on a month to month basis after that. Required notice when moving out is 2 months ahead of the end of the lease or during the month to month status. Security deposit is equivalent to 2 months and cannot be used as rent. It will be sent back upon successfully returning the apartment in good clean condition on a timely basis with tenant in good standing. Utilities needed are gas (Connecticut Natural Gas) for heat & hot water, and electricity (Eversource) for cooking, appliances and your personal usage which you set up in your name. The landlord pays for water. Tenant would purchase cable TV or internet services as needed. Cable wiring is already installed. Regular cleaning is expected to keep a nice environment and to prevent degradation and excessive wear & tear damages from grime, food stains, baked in dirt, etc. Otherwise extra charges will apply for allowing a timely move-in for the next tenants. Renters insurance is not required but highly recommended to cover unforeseen losses. Landlord has coverage for the property and does not cover tenants' personal items, and various "opportunity costs"/home office disruptions, etc.
