*Deposit is the same as monthly payment of 2400, will be refundable at the end of contract if property is clean, and has no damages to the property. *Renter must pay for electric, water and gas. No smoking inside the property (additional fee of 500 will be added). *No pets inside the property (additional fee of 300 will be added). *Must place trash bins for pickup collection every week on Monday afternoon and place bins back in the back yard the next morning after pickup. (Do not leave bins out on the street). *Thermostat - Do not go below 70 for cool air, and do not go over 74 for heat to preserve HVAC system has no failures. *Lock inside hall door when exiting through garage for security. *Renter must maintain the front, side and backyard clean from weeds and trash. *Vehicles that are not in running condition are not allowed on the premises.
