Just 45 minutes from Fargo/Moorhead and 14 minutes from Detroit Lakes. Relax on the huge cedar wood deck and view the sunsets over the lake every evening. Lay back on the cushioned chaise lounger or seated in the new cushions for the Homecrest chairs that swivel and rock. This is a spring fed lake great for fishing and swimming and boasts it's one of the cleanest lake in the area. Nice sugar sand beach and shallow gradual water depth makes it perfect for children. Some photos were taken years ago when the water level was higher, now there is quite abit of sandy beach as you can see in the newer photos. One can even catch fish from the aluminum dock! Make s'mores around the campfire pit on grassy yard facing the lake.
New vinyl floors in kitchen, dining area/living room, hallway and in master bedroom (new pictures with vinyl floors has not been added). Kitchen has new white tiled back splash, newer microwave 4and larger refrigerator have been added. It is nicely furnished with two sets of leather couches w/ matching chairs and ottomans. Sealy Posturepedic mattresses in all bedrooms. Queen size bed in Master, double in middle bedroom and end bedroom has beautiful maple wood twin beds and a trundle underneath for a total of 3 twin beds. The picture shows bunk beds are split and each bed is on the floor now with a trundle on the floor also. The living room has a gas fireplace, huge picture window and is open to the large kitchen with a sit-down breakfast bar. There is a sturdy Danish vintage light alder wood dining table (w/extra extension) and 6 chairs that sit in front of the sliding glass doors to the deck. Two steps down one enters a spacious rec room with newly installed carpet, which can shut off from the kitchen and has a wall of glass with windows and sliding glass doors to the lake. There are two ceiling fans as well as two sofas, leather chair and ottoman, small dining table w/ 2 leaves and extra refrigerator. Relax as the evening sun pours into all the windows and sliding glass doors and one can see the panoramic view of the lake. There are 3 TV's with cable, telephone land line and high speed wi-fi internet throughout. Home is supplied with sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, pots, pans, baking utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, Weber grill, plus gas grill and a full sized washer and dryer and more. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush! :)
