Check-in is via self check-in with a smart lock. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A damage protection option is required for all reservations; guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. There are cameras outside the property, none of which overlook the pool area. No smoking and no drugs are allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 24 guests are allowed at any given time. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
