Situated in the ChampionsGate area of Four Corners, this property offers easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, shopping centers, and entertainment throughout the Orlando area. Quick access to I-4 and Highway 27 makes exploring effortless.
Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $35 per day, requested at least one week in advance. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. There are cameras outside the property, none of which overlook the pool area. Pets are welcome with prior written notification and approval from the host, allowing up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee and $150 security deposit. Propane for the BBQ grill is usually provided by the guests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 24 guests are accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed four per reservation, with up to four cars allowed in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate of noise after 10pm and before 8am. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of any house rules.
