Small/medium dogs are welcome! They will love the large fenced, off-leash dog park located in the complex. An outdoor pool and hot tub are available in the summer. All exterior maintenance is covered by HOA (landscaping, snow removal, etc.) which is included in the rental price. Trash is also included in the rental price.
20 minutes to downtown Denver, 15 minutes to Denver Tech Center (DTC). Less than a mile away from lots of shops and grocery stores including Costco, Target, Sprouts, and many others. Less than 2 hours away from major mountain resorts for ski season.
