Essentials such as bathroom supplies, bed linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided.
Enjoy the private pool, which can be heated for year-round enjoyment, and a fully fenced private backyard complete with sun loungers. Guests also have free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and tennis facilities. A public 18-hole golf course, driving range, and clubhouse are also within the community.

Disney is approximately 12 minutes away, Universal Studios about 22 minutes, and SeaWorld around 20 minutes. Nearby dining, shopping, and major highways make travel simple while keeping everything you need within easy reach. ChampionsGate is a gated master-plan community with 24-hour security guard, world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando's theme parks, shopping, and dining.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Violations of the no-smoking or no-drugs policy may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
