Lease terms

* Monthly Rent: $2,250 * Security Deposit: $2,250 * Pets are allowed with an additional nonrefundable $250 pet fee due upfront. * Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is only allowed outside of the property. Tenants are responsible for all monthly utilities and bills associated with the property. If maintenance or repair issues arise during the lease term, tenants are asked to promptly notify the landlord so the issue can be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse during occupancy, including but not limited to damaged walls, broken window panes, damaged fixtures, or other renter-caused property damage. If damages caused by the tenant are processed through the property insurance, the tenant will be responsible for a $95 insurance-related fee/deductible charge associated with the claim. This fee applies only to damages determined to be renter-caused. Normal wear and tear, mechanical failures, or damages not caused by the tenant will be the responsibility of the landlord. The property is expected to be maintained in clean and respectful condition throughout the lease term.
