Gorgeous end-unit townhome nestled at the southern end of Salt Lake County with incredible panoramic views of both Wasatch and Oquirrh mountain… ranges. You'll never run out of space with this home. It's larger and more private than many single family homes, with a completely fenced and secluded private back yard. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it has plenty of room available for a family and room to spread out. The basement is fully finished with a large additional living room, bedroom, bathroom, and cold storage area. A water softener is also included in the utility area. Each room comes with cordless blackout shades that can be moved either top down, or bottom up, to allow light in when you want it while still maintaining privacy. The included washer and dryer comes with a separate small washer and dryer on top of the main drums for small/delicate items. The large 2-car garage has an epoxy floor finish, and there are two additional parking spaces directly next to this end-unit. This unit is close to the Jordan River Trail along with a park with a playground. When I lived there I would bike the Jordan River Trail often, which you can ride south to Utah Lake or North to Bountiful. While the home was being built I added extra insulation between the walls and floors to deaden sound. I also never heard the neighbors next door - the soundproofing of the common wall is incredible. Tenant pays all utilities. Deposit along with first and last month rent due upon signing - negotiable with excellent credit and rental history.
