The house is a 1,200 SF, 2-bedroom 1-bathroom house in downtown Atlanta. The driveway can fit 2-3 cars parked bumper to bumper, with more street parking available on the side street. The house is fully furnished including bedroom furniture, and includes ample storage space, electric HVAC and stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is also a security system with cameras in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. You will have a private refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. The bedroom includes a memory foam mattress, storage drawers under the bed, and a closet. I do have a cat, Ham (see photos). You must be okay with living with a cat. Sorry, but no other animals allowed. Ham can't tolerate other furry roommates.
