Landlord Responsibilities: Structural components, major plumbing, electrical systems, roof, foundation, and major HVAC repairs. Smoking Policy No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home, garage, or covered patio areas. Additional Lease Conditions Renter's Insurance: Required throughout the lease term. Subleasing: Not permitted without written landlord approval. Short-Term Rentals: Airbnb, VRBO, and similar short-term rentals are prohibited. Occupancy: Limited to lease-approved occupants only. Property Condition: Tenant must maintain the property in clean and sanitary condition throughout the lease.
