Lease terms

One-year lease available at $3,000 per month. First month's rent and last month's rent are required, totaling $6,000, subject to installment-payment rights under Washington law. Pets are allowed with owner approval. A $300 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee and $50 monthly pet rent apply for up to two animals. More than two animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to HOA and insurance restrictions. Assistance animals are not considered pets and are handled according to applicable law. Tenants are responsible for placing all applicable utilities in their names and paying utility costs. Owner pays HOA dues. Applicants must demonstrate combined gross household income of at least 2.5 times the tenant-paid monthly rent and generally have a minimum credit score of 650. All lawful income sources are considered. Credit, background, income/employment, and rental-history screening are required for all adult applicants. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Tenants must comply with all community and HOA rules. The home is rented unfurnished.
